  • Description: The vaccines consists of of irradiated autologous tumor cells admixed with GM-CSF-secreting bystander cells. The CD8+ T cells can react against CLL-associated antigens. Autologous tumor cell vaccination is an effective strategy to advance long-term leukemia control following allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT). (Burkhardt et al., 2013)
