VIOLIN aims to study vaccines against various bacterial, viral, and parasitic pathogens of medical importance. You can find the full list of pathogens covered in VIOLIN in the Statistics page.

3. Who can submit data into the database?

Every registered users are able to submit vaccine data to the VIOLIN database. Anyone can freely register to our system. We have created a user-friendly web data submission system.

4. How does the submission system work?

The submitted data will be immediatedly stored in the database. The curator can select to publish entered data or save it as a draft for later web publication. All curated data are subject to critical reviews from our internal knowledgeable reviewers or other domain experts. All curated data in the database is backed daily.
