  • Antigen: PrM and E protein genes of the live attenuated DENV-4 vaccine candidate(Durbin et al., 2013)
  • Preparation: All vaccines were diluted to the appropriate titer with safety-tested L-15 medium (placebo). At each vaccination, aliquots of diluted and undiluted vaccine were titrated as described below to ensure potency of the vaccine administered (Durbin et al., 2013).

  • Description: rWN/DEN4Δ30 is a live attenuated chimeric virus vaccine produced using recombinant DNA technology reducing ability to infect replicate nd disseminate in both Culex and Aedes mosquitoes, diminishing its risk of transmission from vaccines to other hosts (Durbin et al., 2013)
