  • Preparation: CJ-50300 was derived from vaccinia virus strain ATCC VR-118 (originating from the New York City Board of Health vaccinia strain), adapted to replicate in MRC-5 cells under serum-free conditions. Harvested cells were lysed, centrifugated and filtrated. The final bulk was aseptically filled in glass vials and freeze-dried. (Kim et al., 2013)
  • Immunization Route: Intramuscular injection (i.m.)
  • Virulence: Freeze-dried CJ-50300 was reconstituted with 0.3mL glycerin–phenol diluent and used within 1 hour. (Kim et al., 2013)
  • Description: CJ-50300 was derived from vaccinia virus strain ATCC VR-118 adapted to replicate in MRC-5 cells. (Kim et al., 2013)
