- Description: This is for Pancreatic Cancer. A fowlpox vaccine containing the tumor-associated antigen mucin-1 (MUC1), found in pancreatic tumor cells, and a TRIad of COstimulatory Molecules (B7-1, ICAM-1 and LFA-3; TRICOM), which is designed to enhance antigen presentation and activation of immune responses critical for tumor destruction.
