    • Detailed Gene Information: Click Here.
  • Preparation: Murine (m) (IgG1) and humanized (h) (IgG1) monoclonal anti-human MUC1 mAb were diluted in PBS with or without adjuvant in a final volume of 200 µl (Wilkinson et al., 2000).
  • Description: A monoclonal antibody that functionally mimics MUC-1 antigen, a tumor cell surface antigen. Administration of anti-idiotype MUC-1 monoclonal antibody may elicit an anti-idiotype antibody and corresponding T-cell response against MUC-1 expressing tumor cells. (NCIT_C2709).

Phase I clinical trials involving various types in solid tumors that are MUC1-positive been reported. (de et al., 2004)
