Pig Response

• Vaccination Protocol: At 5 weeks of age, groups 1 and 2 were individually inoculated intramuscularly in the neck area with rSPV-HA1 or wtSPV at 1 × 10^7.0 TCID50 in 1 ml EMEM per pig. Group 3 was inoculated with 1 ml EMEM (Xu et al., 2012).
