- 12/22/2021: Our Cov19VaxKB paper was accepted for publication in the journal Vaccine: X.
- Nov. 2021 - Present: Periodic, usually bi-weekly or monthly, updating of Cov19VaxKB vaccine information. The VAERS vaccine safety data are also usually updated monthly or bi-monthly.
- 10/4-6/2021: Philip C. Huang*, Rohit Goru*, Anthony Huffman, Asiyah Yu Lin, Michael F. Cooke, Yongqun He. Cov19VaxKB: A Web-based Integrative COVID-19 Vaccine Knowledge Base. 15th Vaccine Congress (Online Live Meeting), 4-6 October 2021. Orally Presented by Dr. He
- May-Oct. 2021: Periodic, usually weekly, updating of Cov19VaxKB vaccine information. The VAERS vaccine safety data are also usually updated monthly.
- 5/23/2021: The first version of the Tutorial web page was generated and released to the public.
- April to May 2021: The vaccine safety web page was developed and enhanced with improved statistical data analysis functions.
- 11/20/2020: Rohit Goru joined the Cov19VaxKB development team.
- 10/23/2020: Cov19VaxKB was first introduced to the public in the Workshop on COVID-19 Ontologies (WCO-2020), presented by Asiyah Lin, Philip Huang, and Anthony Huffman in "Ontology-based representation and comparison of COVID-19 vaccine phase III clinical trials." - 10/17/2020: The Cov19VaxKB website was set up by Oliver on Oct. 17, 2020.
- Early Oct. 2020: A single-page website for COVID-19 vaccines was developed by He Group members Oliver He, Philip Huang, Anthony Huffman, and our collaborator Asiyah Yu Lin in early October 2020.
