Vaxjo News and Updates
- 12/12/2011: The Vaxjo manuscript was officially accepted for publication by the journal JBB.
- 4/31/2011-8/31/2011: Ms. Samantha Sayers continued the Vaxjo work.
- 9/15/2010 - 4/30/2011: Guelain Ulysse worked on Vaxjo as a UROP undergraduate student. Ms. Samantha Sayers from He Lab helped Guelain's vaccine adjuvant curation research. During this process, seperate vaccine adjuvant database was developed in VIOLIN. New vaccine adjuvants and related data were curated and added to Vaxjo database.
- 6/20/2008: The Vaxjo website was set up as an individual program in VIOLIN. Allen developed a script to extract data from the VIOLIN vaccine database.
