- Nov 1, 2021: Virginia He, a junior high school student in Huron High School, Ann Arbor, MI, presented her Summer 2021 research in the American Medical Informatics Association (AMIA) 2021 Annual Symposium, San Diego, CA, USA. Her submission titled “TP53 and Its Potential Role In Developing Cancer Vaccines”, was accepted by the AMIA 2021 Annual Symposium High School Scholars program. The program also provided the travel funding for Virginia and Oliver to attend the meeting (Thanks!). See a few pictures of Virginia's presentation in the AMIA meeting. Congratulations, Virginia!
- Summer 2021: The CanVaxKB contents were signficantly enhanced due to contributions made by many labe members over many years. The web query interface was also updated to improve query features.
- Since 2013: many students (including graduates, undergraduates, and high schoolers) and postdoc fellow has participated in CanVaxKB data annotation and analysis. See the details in the Acknowlegement page.
- The CanVaxKB website was set up in September 2013.
