CanVaxKB Data Download
CanVaxKB data can be queried using the CanVaxKB web interface. The queried information can then be downloaded from the web. The general information of each cancer vaccine stored in CanVaxKB has also been represented in the Vaccine Ontology (VO; http://www.violinet.org/vaccineontology). VO is a community-based ontology in the vaccine domain. It is developed based on the OWL format, which can be processed by many existing software programs and used for Semantic Web applications.
