CanVaxKB Intoduction
Currently many cancer vaccine research is undergoing. CanVaxKB is the first web relational database that targets to provide structured itemized data for cancer vaccines. The CanVaxKB web interface also allows user-friendly query and analysis of various human vaccines. Various criteria can be used for querying cancer vaccines. Different vaccines can be compared side by side. All curated cancer vaccine data are presented in the community-based Vaccine Ontology (VO; http://www.violinet.org/vaccineontology). The inclusion of licensed human vaccines in VO supports vaccine data standardization, data exchange, and automated reasoning.
