Vaxign Updates
- 5/25/2015: Junping fixed a bug in MHC Class I & II epitope prediciton. This bug occurred when the server systems recoverred from a breakdown.
- Fall 2014: the VIOLIN/Vaxign servers were down for a couple of months in the fall 2014.
- Sept 27, 2012: Documentation page updated.
- Sept 18-27, 2012: MHC Class I and II epitope prediction tool (Vaxitop) updated.
- Feb 14, 2012: Updated the Vaxitop program using new training data from IEDB (version 2.4). Reorganized and cleaned up many scripts.
- July 14, 2011: Updated the Vaxitop program using new training data from IEDB. More details are available HERE.
- 01/10/2010, a miner bug causes query stop in the middle, fixed.
