7/31/2024: New VAERS reports data (processed as of 06/28/2024) were extracted from the VARES website and provided in Vaxafe. If you use the data, please ensure that you follow the VAERS disclaimer shown at: https://vaers.hhs.gov/data.html.
8/28/2022: Wenxin and Oliver worked together to add the Empirical Bayes Geometric Mean (EBGM) method to the Vaxafe VAE data analysis program.
8/27/2022: Oliver officially released the Vaxafe website.
2010-2022: Internal Vaxafe development (without release).
- Note: Some of the previous Vaxafe code was used as a basis for developing the COVID-19 vaccine adverse event analysis program in the Cov19VaxKB COVID-19 vaccine knowledgebase program.
