     VO Release: VO is being continuously updated. The most recent release version of the VO document (OWL DL format) is always available here for download:

(Note: Sourceforge contains many old VO versions: https://sourceforge.net/projects/vaccineontology/. The old 2017 VO version in Sourceforge is available here: http://svn.code.sf.net/p/vaccineontology/code/trunk/src/ontology/VO.owl , which also imports some other files in the same folder. The best way to get the VO OWL file and all related files is through SVN)

                   

     Exploring VO using Ontobee: The program Ontobee was initiatlly developed as a VO Browser tool and then expanded as the default linked ontology data server for over 100 ontologies. Using the tool, you can browse and search the VO terms and structure, and the VO term IRIs (or URIs) can also be dereferenced using Ontobee.

     VO in BioPortal: VO is also deposited in NCBO Bioportal. You can also explore VO using BioPortal.

     VO in OBO Foundry: VO has been submitted to OBO Foundry as an ontology in OBO library. You can explore VO in OBO Foundry.
