OVAE User Cases and Groups

We have already formed several user cases that uses OVAE to address specific scientific questions. The following is a list of the OVAE user cases implemented by different research groups:

OVAE-based VAE knowledgebase development: Dr. Oliver He's group has used OVAE framework to represent the information of known VAEs associated with all possible vaccines licensed in the USA. The source of the data comes from the USA FDA vaccine package inserts.
