OVAE Development Team
The OVAE Development Team currently includes the following members:
- Yongqun "Oliver" He, DVM, PhD, Associate Professor, University of Michigan Medical Center; VIOLIN and VO project PI.
Expertise: Immunology, Brucella vaccine development, and ontology development.
OVAE Contribution: Primary OVAE developer, project management, vaccine domain expert, and OVAE web development and maintenance.
- Erica Marcos, College of Literature, Science, and the Arts (LSA), University of Michigan, Senior undergraduate student
Expertise: Knowledgeable in vaccines, adverse events, and VAE domain. Skillful in biomedical literature annotation and bioinformatics data analysis.
OVAE Contribution: Manually collected and annotated VAE data from vaccine package insert documents of FDA-licensed human vaccines
