pTVG4 DNA vaccine plasmid

DNA Vaccine Plasmid ID 70
DNA Vaccine Plasmid Name pTVG4 DNA vaccine plasmid
Plasmid VO ID VO_0000324
Promoter Names CMV
Antibiotics Resistant Gene kanamycin
Plasmid Description The plasmid pTVG4 is a derivative of the pNGVL3 vector obtained from the National Gene Vector Laboratories (courtesy, Dr. Robert Gerard). Two copies of a 36-bp CpG-rich immunostimulatory DNA sequence (ISS) containing the 5′-GTCGTT-3′ motif were added downstream of the multi-cloning site of the pNGVL3 vector to produce the immunization vector, pTVG4 (Johnson et al., 2006).
