As of July 1, 2013, DNAVaxDB includes 668 genes that encode protective antigens and have been used in development of DNA vaccines experimentally verified to be protective against specific diseases.

Below are the DNA and protein sequences of protective antigens used in experimentally verified DNA vaccines. The FASTA format is used.
