pTR600 DNA vaccine plasmid

DNA Vaccine Plasmid ID 69
DNA Vaccine Plasmid Name pTR600 DNA vaccine plasmid
Plasmid VO ID VO_0000322
Promoter Names CMV
Antibiotics Resistant Gene kanamycin
Plasmid Description pTR600, a eukaryotic expression vector, has been described previously. Briefly, the vector was constructed to contain the cytomegalovirus (CMV) immediate-early promoter plus intron A for initiating transcription of eukaryotic inserts and the bovine growth hormone polyadenylation [poly(A)] signal for termination of transcription. The vector contains the Col E1 origin of replication for prokaryotic replication and the kanamycin resistance gene (Kanr) for selection in antibiotic media.
