pHW2000 DNA vaccine plasmid

DNA Vaccine Plasmid ID 88
DNA Vaccine Plasmid Name pHW2000 DNA vaccine plasmid
Plasmid VO ID VO_0005003
Promoter Names CMV
Plasmid Description Derived from pHW12. This cloning vector contains 225 bp of the human pol I promoter and 33 bp of the murine terminator sequence separated by two BsmBI sites. The pol I promoter and terminator elements are flanked by a truncated immediate–early promoter of the human cytomegalovirus (starting approximately 350 bp upstream of the transcription start site as found in pcDNA3, Invitrogen) and by the polyadenylation signal of the gene encoding bovine growth hormone (Hoffmann et al., 2000)
