DNA Vaccine Plasmid ID 86
DNA Vaccine Plasmid Name pCAGGS/MCS DNA vaccine plasmid
Plasmid VO ID VO_0005001
Promoter Names chicken beta-actin promoter
Plasmid Description The plasmid expression vector pCAGGS was modified to contain a multiple-cloning site between the EcoRI and BglII sites of the rabbit beta-globin gene. Unique restriction sites for the enzymes SacI, ClaI, NsiI, Asp718, SmaI, SphI, XhoI, and NheI were inserted at this site to create pCAGGS/MCS (Kobasa et al., 1997)
